LiteTMS MCP server
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent to LiteTMS
Ask about your drivers in plain language: who drives which vehicle, a phone number, when a licence expires. The app sees only what you may see in LiteTMS. For now it only reads, and we are adding more step by step, making changes included.
Using an AI agent? Let it set itself up.
Read https://mcp.litetms.eu/agent-setup/SKILL.md and follow it to connect this agent to LiteTMS.
- No extra charge for LiteTMS companies

What happens when you connect
Three short steps in your browser.
-
Say which company
The app opens a LiteTMS page. Type the first part of your LiteTMS address, for example acme.
-
Sign in as usual
Your normal LiteTMS sign-in, with the second step if you use one. Your password stays with LiteTMS.
-
Allow the app
LiteTMS shows what the app may read. Choose Allow, and you are back in your app, ready to ask.
You can end a connection at any time in LiteTMS, in Settings under Connected apps.
What you can ask today
Drivers and other employees: who they are, how to reach them, which vehicle and trailer they use, their languages, ADR and when their documents expire.
Find drivers
Search your drivers and other staff by name. Shows each person's status, position and the vehicle they have selected.
Driver details
Show one person's phone numbers, e-mail addresses, languages, ADR qualification, documents with expiry dates, and their current vehicle and trailer.
Try asking
-
List our active drivers and the vehicle each one uses.
-
Which documents does Jan Kowalski have, and when do they expire?
-
Does Anna Nowak have ADR, and which languages do they speak?
Today the connection covers drivers and employees. We add more of LiteTMS step by step: other areas, and later making changes.
What stays under your control
Read only for now
Today nothing in LiteTMS can be added, changed or deleted through the connection. We are building it step by step, and making changes will come once it is useful and safe.
Your view, nothing more
The app sees what you see. Your role, your permissions and your branches apply to every answer.
No password or key to share
You sign in on a LiteTMS page. The app gets access that works only for you and only for reading.
Disconnect at any time
End the connection in Settings under Connected apps. Your company's audit log records each connection and each tool call.
Where your answers go
What you ask about goes to the AI app you connected, under that provider's terms. LiteTMS receives the search terms and ids the app sends, never your conversation.
Included in LiteTMS at no extra charge
An administrator of your company turns on one module in LiteTMS, under Marketplace. Then each person connects their own account.

Not using LiteTMS yet?
LiteTMS is a transport management system (TMS) for road carriers and freight forwarders. It brings transport orders, planning, driver communication, documents and order finances together in one place.

What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI app use the tools of another system. Here it lets your AI app look things up in LiteTMS for you, as you.
Which apps work with it?
Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and other apps that can add a remote MCP server with sign-in. Your AI app may need a plan that allows custom connectors.
Can the app change anything in LiteTMS?
Not yet. Today the connection only reads data, and when you want to change something, the app gives you a link that opens the record in LiteTMS. We are building the connection step by step, so that each new ability is useful and safe. Making changes is part of that plan; there is no date yet.
Who sees what?
Each person connects their own account, and the app sees only what that person may see in LiteTMS, with the same role, permissions and branches. Two colleagues can get different answers to the same question.
Does it cost extra?
No. The ChatGPT, Claude & MCP module is included in LiteTMS at no extra charge. Your AI app's own plan is separate.
How do I disconnect?
In LiteTMS, open Settings, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. Administrators can see and end every connection of the company on the module's page.
Where does my data go?
The answers go to the AI app you connected and are handled under that provider's terms. LiteTMS receives only the search terms and ids the app sends, not your conversation. Your company's audit log records each connection and each tool call.
